Sanctuary Keepers Teens (13 - 16 years)

Do you have a teen who dreams of zookeeping or just loves wildlife? This program gives teens hands-on experience in the zoo world. Plus, it's a great intro to Certificate II in Animal Care!
Step into the shoes of a zookeeper and see what their day is really like!

• Learn about habitat design for animals in care that meet their physical and mental needs
• Observe animals up close and understand their behaviours through real zookeeper techniques

This program is a great introduction to Certificate II in Animal Care! Please note: Animal handling isn't included, but you'll experience hands-on what zookeepers do day to day.
